The Combined Expatriate Residence Permit and Aliens Card (CERPAC) is an identity card issued to foreign nationals who have been granted temporary residence in Nigeria. CERPAC replaced the previous Residence Permit system and provides a more secure and efficient way of managing expatriate residence in Nigeria. All expatriates working or residing in Nigeria must obtain a CERPAC card within 90 days of arrival.
